Groundhog Day

Look at these cutie pies! I love it when I can fit in an art activity with writing. I'm always amazed at how students put their own touch on their projects, even though they're all given the same materials. I usually don't do much with Groundhog's Day, but with all the cutesy (spelling?) stuff out there on all your blogs, etc., I just had to. I got my example from here. You should check out her blog. She has some great ideas. 

My prediction:  First, the groundhog has popped out of his hole.

Next, he'll see his shadow.

Then, six weeks of winter.
